Regarding the NO URETHANE rule:
Lists of banned bowling balls:
USBCs list of "Slow absorbing high performance bowling balls": LINK
Singapore Bowlings list of banned Urethane balls: LINK
These two lists does not limit other balls to be non conforming. Ground rule, if it is a modern or an old Urethane ball, it is banned
Modern spare balls that contain a mixture of polyester and urethane, eg Storm Mix and Motiv Sniper are allowed to be used for throwing spare shots.

HOTELS:
Our main hotel is like last number of years 2Home Hotel, only a 7-8 minute walk from the bowl. The hotel is very basic, but parts of it has been renovated.
2Home opens on the 2nd of January, if you need a hotel prior to that look further down
